Return Process

  Disassemble the chair or desk and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit and avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
